Oh Oh Oh it's Magic! Magic Monday that is! Hope everyone had a great weekend!

The Art Walk was fun and I met a lot of folks that were enjoying the beautiful summer eve in the Willamette valley. Thanks for stopping by!

Turkey Burgers

　 3 pounds ground turkey
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup finely diced onion
2 egg whites, lightly beaten
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper



Mix all ingredients together and then form into patties. Grill or cook in a skillet for 8 min on each side approx. . Cook until 180 degrees internal temp.
Use a honey mustard sauce or spice it up with a BBQ sauce!
